Q. We have an Irrigation plan, can you let us know what products we require and price them.
A Yes we can make a list of the products from the plan and price these for you. All you need to do is scan the plan and email it to info@aquatec.co.nz, (you can also post a copy to us)

Q. Can I pay via credit card.
A. Yes, we accept all cards available through Stripe and PayPal.

Q. There are products that I require and they are not on your site, can you help?
A. Yes, we can either put the products on the site or send pricing and details to you directly.

Q. How can I be sure that I will receive what I ordered and that it will be good quality?
A. If you have any problem with your order you can return it for a full refund, (if returned in good saleable condition)

Q. Is Active Water Solutions a New Zealand based Company?
A. Yes, Active Water Solutions is based in Canterbury NZ

Q. How long does shipping take?
A. We generally ship within 24 hours in the South Island and 2-3 days in the North Island. If you require a quicker delivery please contact us and we may be able to organise this for you.

A. Definitely, that’s what we’re here for, just send us an email, message on Facebook or call and one of our highly qualified specialists will offer any help or advice you need.
