Ordering & Shipping
The use of this website and these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of New Zealand.
Active Water Solutions reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and is inclusive of GST. All transactions will be billed in New Zealand dollars. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time and for any reason. Special pricing given due to volume or job lots is based on all the product priced been ordered.
Information displayed on website
We endeavour to display correct information at all times, however any errors pertaining to product descriptions, photos, typographical errors, pricing errors or any other type of error is unintentional and subject to correction. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. If you require further information, or think the information displayed is incorrect in any way, please contact us

Product Range and Availability
All efforts will be made to full any order placed with Active Water Solutions, however we accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply the goods ordered for any reason.
Payment
Full payment will be made on conformation of your online order. Payment in the amount of your total order will be deducted from your nominated credit card account. “Active Water Solutions” will appear on the cardholder's statements for all transactions through this website.
Freight Costs and Delivery Charges
Standard orders at rate for handling and freight is $17.50 (South Island) or $20.00 (North Island), which will be automatically included with your total to pay at confirmation of your order.
Goods will not be shipped to a customer until payment is confirmed as received, unless a credit account is held.
Active Water Solutions may withhold delivery of all or any part of an order at their own discretion.
Delivery times may vary depending on the part ordered and the location of delivery, but you can typically expect to be between 2 to 5 working days (these times are to New Zealand addresses and exclude rural delivery addresses, this is dependent on your rural delivery service)
Freight to Waiheke Island and some rural areas may have an additional freight cost depending on location
Returns of Products/Refunds
You may return new and unused items sold by Active Water Solutions within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging, in new condition. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, otherwise it is up to you to ship it to us. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to your courier. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Courier Expenses: If you make an ordering error or change your mind and wish to return items, you will be required to pay the shipping expense. Also if you return the large portion or an entire order, and we paid the shipping, we may deduct costs from your refund.
Products NOT acceptable for return:
A. Goods that have been invoiced from more than 30 days.
B. Goods that are dirty or damaged which are unsuitable for resale.
Warranty
Goods attract a warranty period which may vary from product to product. Warranty covers only defect as a result of manufacturing defect or faulty parts. We are not obliged to replace products if they can be repaired. In accordance with consumer laws, replacement product will only carry warranty for the duration of the warranty period of the original product purchased. Warranty does not cover any labour costs. Abuse or neglect of a product, or product being used outside of its intended use or application will void any warranty. We reserve the right to obtain any information in order to determine cause of failure. Failure of a product within the warranty period does not automatically constitute or guarantee warranty.
Goods are sold on a return to base basis. This means that it is the customer's responsibility to either ship the goods back to our address for inspection, or to take the goods to our nominated service dealer.
Design/Specifications Supplied by you
We are not responsible for any loss, cost or damage resulting directly or indirectly from any error, mis-description or inaccuracy in any design, specification, measurement or other information supplied by you or any third party, or any missing information. We are not obliged to check any design, specifications or information supplied by you. Where a good is intended to form part of another good, or to operate in.
